Delete from the app
- Open MuscleKeep and tap your avatar at the top right of Today to open Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my data.
- Confirm twice. Your data is deleted immediately and you return to the welcome screen.
Important: deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Can’t open the app?
Email support@musclekeep.net with the subject “Delete my data” and your User ID (shown and copyable in Profile › About or Help & feedback). Because we don’t collect your name or email, the User ID is how we find your data. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account and profile answers.
- All logs: food, water, weight, waist, doses, side effects, notes, workouts, check-ins and insights.
- Push tokens, AI consent and your subscription record in RevenueCat.
What we keep
Nothing linked to you. Data is removed from backups within 30 days. Purchase records kept by Apple or Google are governed by their policies. Progress photos are stored only on your phone — delete the app to remove them.
